Refund policy

All Red Wall Co. products are printed to order. We don't offer returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind, so please check the size chart before ordering.

 

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact hello@redwallco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.

 

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and our print partner to resolve it.
